We're always working to do our best to fulfill all orders as quickly as we can. Our standard turnaround time is 2 business days, as we commit to send three times a week. However, there may be some delays around busy periods. For the Express Post orders, we will dispatch them as soon as we receive the order. You'll get a notification when your order has started its journey :)

Once it leaves our warehouse, please allow 5-8 business days for it to arrive. They are shipped with Australia Post's service and you'll be able to track it once it’s shipped. If you need your order quickly, you can select Express Post at checkout, which will usually be delivered in 1-5 business days (depending on where in Australia it's going and when the order is placed).

Yes we do! We ship everywhere! Select your country and you will get it in about 10-12 days. We try to do our best for you to receive it as soon as possible but some countries delay the delivery in the customs. (It shouldn’t be happening though). If you want to make a big order and ship it internationally, please send an email to hello@noplancollective.com and we will organize the shipping personally.

Due to our small business and have everything supervised personally, we don’t accept returns.
