Packaging & Dispatch Turnaround
Our planners are packed with the extremest care to ensure they arrive in perfect conditions.
We are a very small team but we do our best to fulfill all orders as quickly as we can. Our standard turnaround time is 2 business days, as we deliver every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. During our peak dispatch period you could probably experience delays but we will do our best to send it asap! We appreciate your understanding :)

$9.99 within Australia, or FREE for orders over $59.
Express Post (AusPost)
$13.99 within Australia.
International Shipping
Standard shipping (AusPost)
$17.99 worldwide, or FREE for orders over $120.
If you want to make a big order and ship it internationally, please send an email to hello@noplancollective.com and we will organize the shipping personally.
Returns
Due to our small business and have everything supervised personally, we don’t accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, the product is faulty or it wasn't what you ordered, you can choose to have the items returned and replaced.
If this happens, please contact us on hello@noplancollective.com within 14 days of your purchase date and we’ll try to sort it out as soon as possible. We will ask for pictures as we guarantee 100% high quality in all of our products. Make sure your product has labels, hasn’t been used and has the original packaging intact.
Refunds
Unfortunatelly, at this stage we don't do refunds.

** We do not have control over unforeseen delays while the package is in the care of the courier, however we do our best to assist and investigate. You should receive a notification email with tracking information once it’s on the way. We recommend monitoring your tracking for a safe arrival of your parcel and ensuring you can arrange collection.
